- You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and will not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent purchase.

Unauthorize use of this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark, other intellectual property laws or other laws. Should the user commit an improper action and / or breach of the terms and conditions, Bakenkop Animal Clinic reserves the right to recover damages from such action and further claim any costs in recovering these damages, on the attorney- client scale.

- Registration on this website will be required to place an order for any products offered by Bakenkop Animal Clinic

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE
- Bakenkop Animal Clinic endeavors to sell high quality goods from reputable suppliers.
- We cannot be held responsible or liable for the use of any products bought from this website, and or our online store.
- All purchases are at the purchaser’s own risk.
- The purchaser / user indemnifies and holds Bakenkop Animal Clinic harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained for the reason of using the products sold by Bakenkop Animal Clinic’s online store.

PAYMENT POLICY
- We only make use of a safe and secure online payment system.
- Payments will be acquired for Bakenkop Animal Clinic via Ozow Secure Online Payment system, who is the approved payment gateway for all South African Banks. Ozow use the strictest form of encryption to protect all information.
DELIVERY POLICY
- FREE DELIVERY for purchases over R 500 in the Centurion area
- R 60 DELIVERY FEE for any purchases below R 500 [Centurion area]
- Delivery can be arranged on business days from 8.00 to 18.00
- Subject to availability and receipt of the full payment, requests will be processed and delivery confirmed via e mail.
- We aim for delivery within 24 hours [business days] of orders placed.
- The offering is only available for citizens of Centurion
- If you need delivery in any other area of South Africa, please contact us regarding delivery costs and arrangement for delivery.
- All orders can be collected from Bakenkop Animal Clinic, 1 Caper Avenue, Eldoraigne x 3, Centurion. Please indicate in the shipping options on check out if you are collecting.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the product/s you receive from Bakenkop Animal Clinic, you can return the product/s to us and we will either replace them or credit your account or reimburse the money. This is subject to the below terms:
- UNWANTED ITEMS
- In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge (excluding delivery and collection charges) within 7 days of purchase provided:
- It is undamaged and unused with the original labels and stickers still attached
- It is in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original conditions with all seals intact (if applicable)
- It is not missing any accessories or parts
- Log a return collection to shop@bakenkop-vet.co.za within 7 days of purchase. We require the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Date of purchase
- Collection address
- Indicate whether you wish to have the product replaced or if you require a refund.
- Banking details if you require a refund
- All our food products have a 100% money back guarantee for quality, consistency, and taste. You can claim, if:
- There is visibly something wrong with the food or packaging that was not caused by incorrect storage after opening.
- Food was stored in its original packaging
- If your pet refuses to eat the food after a suitable transition
- We are notified within 7 days of purchase of any adverse reaction to the food Unfortunately, we will refuse claims where:
- More than 25% of food was used
- Food was changed on recommendation of the vet
- The wrong food was bought, and the bag opened
- The food has expired
- The packaging has been damaged after purchase
- There is obvious abuse of the guarantee on the part of the client
- The pet has died and there is no longer use for the food
- All returns will be inspected to validate the return. When approved, we will refund you within 7 days of the return or credit your account if requested.
- We will be under no obligation to accept the return of a product where we are notified after 7 days of it being purchased.
- DAMAGED PRODUCTS ON DELIVERY
- Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 24 hours by sending an e mail to shop@bakenkop-vet.co.za with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Date of purchase
- Collection address
- Indicate whether you wish to have the product replaced or if you require a refund.
- Banking details if you require a refund
- We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge.
- All returns will be inspected to validate the return. When approved, we will refund you within 7 days of the return or credit your account if requested
CHRONIC MEDICATION / PRESCRIPTION DIETS
- Send us an e mail to shop@bakenkop-vet.co.za for the ordering of your chronic medication or if you would like to order your pet’s prescription diet.
